Data encryption module

This module allows encrypting (secure by rendering incomprehensible) the data in files selected in the Maximum Software database.

Data encryption restricts access to this data by external applications and thus secures the database.

In fact, several applications can read the data contained in non-encrypted files.  This is the case with the Excel, Access software programs and all file editors.  Therefore, if the data is not encrypted, it can be accessed by whoever uses such software and has the read rights to the data directory on the server.
