Task planner module

This module allows managing several periodic tasks, random tasks or tasks linked to events.  These tasks will allow automatically checking certain information, printing reports, transferring information from external applications and Web sites.  Lastly, this module allows (as with Windows') calling internal functions in Maximum Software.
