Inventory module

Inventory management in Maximum is comprehensive and very useful. Products that are purchased, manufactured, managed or not in inventory, etc., are classified according to departments and/or categories. Several functionalities of the Maximum Inventory module are configurable according to the business’ specific needs. For example:

• Customer estimates, orders, and invoices.
• Goods orders, receipts and returns.
• Various histories and statistics.
• Units of measurement management, with conversions.
• Transaction processing in foreign currencies

Customer invoicing and stock receipting can be linked to the accounting journals. The system allows managing the various product-related costs (¨landed costs¨), such as acquisition costs, transportation costs, customs dues, and various additional costs.
