Project management module

This module is specifically designed for comprehensive project, sub-project, and related phases management.  The project manager defines estimated, revised, committed, and real costs, according to the project’s progress.  These managed costs can include labour, materials, equipment usage, subcontracting, equipment rental, and any other project-related costs.

Entirely integrated into the other Maximum Software modules, this module allows the manager to have a global detailed view of the projects and their progress.  This module therefore allows managing projects using orders and purchase invoices, product requisitions, and timesheets.  Also, each project can be managed according to various invoicing methods (progressive, per hour, fixed price, etc.)
