Purchase agreement and direct delivery module

This module first allows placing orders for non-deliverable purchases, and allows releasing products to deliver periodically or randomly. This module also allows managing direct deliveries from suppliers to customers.  Lastly, this module retroactively incorporates a purchase price update procedure.
