Custom bill of material - product configuration module

This module is particularly intended for companies that produce made to order items. Linked to the standard bill of material, the Product configurator allows creating a bill of material according to the customer’s parameters, option selections, and variances. The product’s cost is calculated simultaneously and the bills of material are generated automatically. The Product configurator eliminates the creation of similar bills of material for the same product model.

Maximum’s Product configurator was designed to allow the user to create new lines of products, modify or add parameters, conditions, options, etc., himself.  The Configurator is useful from the product’s estimate for a customer to the actual production process.

In a customer’s file, you can also assign specifications that are specific to the products assigned to each customer (preferences, option choices, and manufacturing technical specifications).
